I’m looking for a friendly, clean and respectful working female to share home with. There will only be two people living in the house, so it’s a nice balance between having company and still having your own space.
The available room is a good-sized double with its own private bathroom. The kitchen and living room are shared, and there’s also a small garden, on-street parking and plenty of storage space in the basement and loft.
The house is unfurnished, but the bedroom can be provided either furnished or unfurnished, depending on what suits you.
The rent is £700 per month including absolutely everything — rent, gas, electricity, water, council tax and WiFi — so there’s no need to worry about splitting bills or unexpected extra costs.
The location is really convenient too. It’s around a 30-minute walk into Nottingham city centre, or roughly 10–15 minutes by bus, with good public transport connections towards the city and Bulwell. Aldi, Sainsbury’s, McDonald’s and PureGym are all within walking distance, so everyday essentials are nice and easy to get to.
