Room in 3-person Flat near Nottingham City Centre

Lovely flat 10-15 minutes walk away from Nottingham city centre, shops close by, Tesco about 2 minutes away and off-license 2 buildings down. Cosy, decorated flat with 2 sofas that connects to an open plan kitchen with gas hobs, electric oven, microwave and plenty of kitchen appliances. Bedroom has a window, a double bed, a desk, drawers, a wardrobe, small bin and a filing cabinet. Well placed plugs. Flatmates are two women, interested in music and art, there will be craft nights in and big nights out if you are interested in these things. Smoking is welcome, ciggies or other. Looking for preferably a lady who will fit in well with my two friends as I have unfortunately had to leave the flat due to complications with university. They are lovely people and it is a friendly and welcoming place to live. Hope the right person finds this!
