Double room with own bathroom at the Barnum

I’m looking for someone to take over my double room in a lovely modern flat at the Barnum. 2 bed 2 bath 3rd floor flat with a balcony. Right next to the train station, the building has its own gym as well as many other amenities.
You’ll be sharing with a 27 year old female doctor who is a tidy and respectful flatmate.
We’ve lived in the flat for a year and a half and made it our home, but I’ll be moving cities so need someone to take over as my housemate would like to stay in the flat.
It’s a cosy and modern clean flat incredibly close to the city centre. A parking space is also available to rent by the building.
