I've got 2 rooms available - 1 single and 1 double. I have a very friendly low maintenance cat. He has a cat flap so comes and goes freely.

Monthly Rent

Single - £250 + electric
Double - £450 + electric
Deposit - 1 month rent

Includes council tax, water, WiFi. Electricity would be split equally between housemates. 3 Bed mid terrace house with external wall insulation. Electricity estimate - £45- 75 per person month depending on usage / number housemates. Each housemate will have log in details for the Octopus account.

Rooms available until March end. Short term lets accepted.

The location is perfect for nature lovers and those that value peace as it's a very quiet estate. Colwick lake & River Trent 5 minute walk
