It’s a four bedroomed house situated closely to the trams which is only a couple of minutes walk from the house, and around 20 minutes (0.9 miles) walk and 7 minutes drive to Nottingham Trent University. University of Nottingham (2.4 miles) 52 minutes walk - 15 minutes drive; easy access to Nottingham City Centre.

The rent for the double rooms are £87.80 per week [£380.00 per calendar month] and the single room £71.50 per week [£310.00 per calendar month] which includes water rates - free internet access. Utility bills are not included in the rent.
