Clean, cosy, comfortable commuter let

Hi,

If you are a professional person looking for a short term room to let or a mid week rental to take the pain out of commuting, then I might be able to help.

I'm looking for a lodger to bring in some extra income while I grow my business. Plus it's nice to have a friendly face around the place too.

You'd be renting the top floor of my three storey house, so you'd have a furnished double bedroom, shower room and a living room to yourself (except for when visitors occasionally stay over on the sofa bed). Plenty of peace, quiet and privacy.

Dining room and kitchen are shared, but I'm clean, tidy and considerate so we won't get in each other's way.

On street parking is available at the front, plus it's on several very regular bus routes into the city centre (5mins away), walking an option too (20 mins).

Close to Sherwood shops, great pubs, restaurants and community facilities, it's a nice quiet area that has all amenities on the doorstep.

I enjoy going out, travel, reading, films, cooking and property. I'm pretty easy going, sociable and keep myself busy with work/some volunteering. Would be good to share with someone similar.
