I’m Vicky and I am looking for someone to join me in my home in Plungar, NG13.
This is a lovely fully furnished self-contained double room, with own entrance, and en-suite. There is a shower and double bed, fridge/freezer, microwave, clothes rail, sofa, table and chairs. Parking available and a large garden to enjoy. There is lots of space if working from home and shared use of kitchen/washing machine. The rent can be lower in return for undertaking agreed tasks around the house and/or garden.
Situated in the beautiful Vale of Belvoir, with a lovely village pub and restaurant, ideal for someone who enjoys being in the countryside.
The accommodation is 16 miles from Nottingham, 12 miles from Grantham, 11 from Melton Mowbray and 6 miles from Bingham.
The rent is £600 per month and this includes Council Tax, water, electricity, gas and the internet. A deposit of £600 is required.
I am looking for a conscientious housemate who wants to live in a clean and peaceful house. Smoking is not allowed.
