Room to rent NG21 - available september onwards

Decent sized double bedroom in a 2 bed semi, shared bathroom, living room, kitchen and large garden with patio area including bbq, firepit and furniture on a quiet cul-de-sac, with friendly neighbours and plenty of parking.

I do have two dogs, so someone who’s happy and competent around dogs is a must as they will sometimes be home without me.

All bills included, council tax, WiFi, water gas and electric but contribution to shared household essentials required. Shared responsibility for cleaning communal areas.

Room comes furnished with double bed, wardrobe and drawers.

Ideally looking for someone on a longer term basis rather than short. Must be someone tidy, with common sense and a non smoke. Ideally a working professional however SENSIBLE students considered.

I work full time doing shifts and have horses so don’t spend much time at home. Looking for someone who understands shiftwork life and respects this and the house!

Will have to pass vetting and damage deposit required.
