The spare room is coming back up to rent now that current lodger is moving for work.

Decent sized double bedroom in a 2 bed semi, shared bathroom, living room, kitchen, some loft space and large garden with patio area including bbq, firepit and furniture (will be getting turfed this summer!) on a quiet cul-de-sac, friendly neighbours and plenty of parking.

I do have two dogs who are extremely friendly but have quite big personalities, so someone who’s happy and competent around dogs is a must!

All bills included, council tax, WiFi, water gas and electric but contribution to shared household essentials required. Shared responsibility for cleaning communal areas.

Room comes furnished with double bed, wardrobe and drawers, so ready to move in (will get photo of the room when Beth is home!)

Ideally looking for someone on a longer term basis rather than short, but this can be discussed. Must be someone tidy, a non smoker and ideally a working professional however SENSIBLE students considered.

Will have to pass vetting and damage deposit required.
