I'm Alex, I work for the Ambulance Service in Nottingham and looking for someone to share my flat with me.

What’s on offer:-

Double Bedroom - £475 room with double bed that includes: council tax, wireless broadband.
Only extra is the gas and electricity which will be split between the two of us (estimated at £80 each per month.)

It is a comfortable and spacious period top-floor studio.
Located in the bustling and ever popular district of Sherwood. It is a short walk away from a huge range of local amenities and on main bus route into the city centre and City Hospital.

The Bedroom is a smallish room with a raised double bed. but does have clever and plentiful built in storage, drawers and a desk. Literally all you would need is the bedding and your personal items to move in!

There is a large, comfortable communal sitting room with access to a TV with Now tv, Netflix ect.

Also a communal kitchen, dining area and bathroom which are all fully equipped (there is a bath and shower) and a washer and dryer.

The rent is £475 per month and that includes: council tax, wireless broadband, TV and water bills.

£500 deposit and first month's rent required at move-in.
