The house is a minutes walk away from Mansfield Road and 5 minutes away from Hucknall Road, which have regular busses running into town every 5 minutes. You can even walk to the city centre or a quick ride on a bike.

The house 1 bathroom, lovely large kitchen diner with a large fridge freezers so ample of room. Lovely living room with large internet tv. The house also has virgin business broadband which is unlimited and performance isn't affected if all tenants streaming at the same time.

I also have a couple of other properties in Carrington and Sherwood with available rooms as well. Room prices are inclusive of all bills, council tax bands A and B, water, gas, electric, wifi.
