We like to treat the house as a home and are looking for likeminded people that are responsible, friendly and considerate to move in to a 4 bedroom corner house. We enjoy doing things together and in the past have climbed mountains as well as attended archery courses as a household.

- 5 minute walk to City Hospital

- 25/30 minutes from University of Nottingham on L53/Medilink

- Approximately 10-15 minutes from City Centre and the NTU City Campus on the 15,16 & 17 buses.

- Council Tax (Band A) is INCLUDED in the bills. Students are exempt with a valid council tax exemption form but this will depend on the professional/student mix at time of contract being issued.

- Utility bills might fluctuate based on use during winter and/or energy price being increased by suppliers. (There is usually a surcharge in winter months based on extra usage but will not be more than £25 per person per month).

- Individual circumstances can be discussed in regards to length of stay, rent and deposit agreement
