You will be joining a family home which is a private house.
As this is a private family house, we do not allow any visitors inside the house. 1 occupier only, if you have a child/pet we can consider with additional cost.
You have been provided with the main facilities in your own bedroom for your own comfort, convenience and privacy which is rare for bedroom shared homes!
You're welcome to share the living room aswell as the kitchen downstairs.
This house is a quite place, with well behaved 2 juniors and 1 teenager, we respect everyone's privacy here.
Also the house occupier’s are multi cultural.
No time waster's please, we welcome anyone who is mature and likes to be a part of the family/friend. This is a no smoking house. Everything provided in room is brandnew.
