A bright clean single room is going to be available for a professional person based in a clean, quiet and tidy house.

The house is fairly recently decorated throughout with new carpets, new radiators, new central heating system and a new bathroom.

The house is situated in a quiet cul de sac within walking distance of the city centre, train and bus station.

This would be a house share with 2 others and a small very friendly dog. Please note my dog is still young and can be a bit bouncy and boisterous at times. So looking for someone who is confident around dogs. There is a stairgate so she does not have free access to the bedrooms. Also the scaffolding at the back is only temporary.

The house has a washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, 250mb fibre optic broadband and all the usual kitchen equipment. There is double glazing, gas central heating and the house itself has a spacious feel with good sized rooms. There is a dining room, kitchen, bathroom and a small patio garden.

The rent is £385 ( this covers all utility bills, council tax, WiFi, cleaning products, other shared household items such as toilet paper etc and a cleaner.)

A deposit of £385 is also required.

The ideal person would be a working professional who is

- looking to rent for a minimum of 6 month
- confident with dogs
- a non smoker
