The house is spacious, with three downstairs reception/living spaces, giving you plenty of room to work, relax or have some space outside your bedroom. It’s a good fit for someone looking for a quieter, lower-occupancy alternative to a typical shared house.

I’m a working professional, generally quiet, and keep the house clean and comfortable. I travel regularly for work, so there are periods when the house is particularly quiet. I’m looking for someone who will treat it as a home rather than a short-term let.
