£145 or £150 a week (£628 or £650 a month). All bills included, council tax included. Deposit £450. Holding deposit one week's rent, which goes towards your first rent. No fees.

Permit street parking, or rent a space on the drive.

We've managed shared houses in North Nottinghamshire for 15 years. Your deposit is protected with the DPS. You get a digital inventory with photos when you move in. We inspect our houses on a schedule and log every repair.
