Downstairs cloakroom.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer.
Sitting room with tv. Broadband.
Garden, large terrace with outside furniture. Bike shed.
Cat in residence.
Share with one other female (homeowner).

Mon-Fri share is offered where lodger is registered for council tax elsewhere;
there is some flexibility i. e Sun-Thurs.

Would also consider a different flexible arrangement with occasional additional days (rent would be recalculated).

This share would suit somebody who goes out to work during the day and sleeps at night ;-) Someone who enjoys living in a pleasant home and will clean and tidy up after themselves.
**NB. Not suitable for working from home or permanent night shift workers**
