I am looking for a new house mates to house-share in a 4 bedroom semi-detached house in West Bridgford.
I am quite social with a nearby group of friends, but I am also quite busy working shift patterns as a doctor in nearby hospitals. I am ideally looking for people who have shared interests, are social and tidy.
West Bridgford has a high street filled with many great restaurants and coffee shops. The house is a minute walking distance from the bus stop (10 minutes by bus and a 25 - 30 minute walk into Nottingham City Centre). The house is also walking distance from the river Trent, Central Avenue, Nottingham Forest Ground and Trent Bridge.
Must be seen in person to fully appreciate the property. The property is a period four-bedroom semi-detached home within central West Bridgford with a total of three bathrooms and two spacious reception rooms.
It is fitted with a modern kitchen, also has a separate utility room and a large garden perfect for BBQs.
