Lovely flat available while owner is away

My lovely flat will be available while I am travelling for 12 weeks., Jan 5 -March 28. All services included in the rent.
The flat will suit visiting Oxford research fellow or someone relocating to any of the local science parks.
The large open plan living/ kitchen area at the back of the house looks out onto a secluded patio and garden.
There is a large double bedroom, plus small study/ useful storage room and bathroom. Central heating throughout. Off street parking is available on the drive.
For those who don't know Abingdon, it is a pretty town on the river Thames with many good walks, cycle tracks, sports clubs and gym facilities close by.
The house is in a quiet street in North Abingdon, just off the Oxford road, a 3 minute walk to bus stops for buses to Oxford, Didcot, Harwell and Culham. There are fast trains to London from Radley, Didcot and Oxford.
