The large open plan living/ kitchen (5m x 4m) looks out onto a secluded patio and garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch appliances - induction hob, cooker, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and air fryer.
There is a large double bedroom, plus small study/ useful storage room and bathroom with washing machine. Central heating throughout. Off street parking is available on the drive.
For those who don't know Abingdon, it is a pretty town on the river Thames with many good walks, cycle tracks, sports clubs and gym facilities close by.
The house is in a quiet street in North Abingdon, just off the Oxford road, a 3 minute walk to bus stops for buses to Oxford, Didcot, Harwell and Culham. There are fast trains to London from Radley, Didcot and Oxford.
