Lovely clean room in a peaceful neighbourhood

A very nice place to stay and relax in this lovely peaceful neighbourhood. Very close to Oxford and the bus stop is only a 5 min walk from the property. Abingdon-on-Thames is a lovely town very scenic and the river is closeby to the house. If you are staying for work purposes or to study I can offer short term stay. The Science Parks/Business Parks/Culham/Harwell/Milton Park and Abingdon College are a bus ride away.

If you have a car, then there are two allocated parking spaces for this house which you can use one.

If you are a smoker, then please smoke outside of the house.

I stay here 2 to 3 days a week only as I'm away taking care of my mum so I need someone who will ensure they leave everything clean, who's honest and reliable I'm very down to earth and very easy going.

My rules are:
No pork products to be cooked or in the fridge and shoes to be taken off when entering the house. Smokers to smoke outside the house. No overnight guests without prior consent.
Ensure all communal areas are kept clean.
