Bright Double Room close to Abingdon Town Centre (Short-Term Let, Jan–July)

Hi! We’re a friendly couple with a lovely spare room available in Abingdon. We’re looking for one person to join our home from January, for up to 6-7 months. We’re flexible with the rental period, so shorter stays are absolutely fine.

About the Room & House:

Comfortable, fully furnished, bright double room with a private bathroom.

Shared use of a kitchen and garden.

Great central location – easy access to shops, buses and the riverside

Peaceful residential street

About You:
Ideally someone tidy, considerate, and easy-going. As we don’t have a driveway, we’re really looking for someone without a car.

Rent & Bills:

Rent includes some bills.
Electricity and gas not included in rent. The charge will be calculated with smart meter (around £50 pp monthly)
