The barn is used as an annex to the main house and has two offices and an art studio, as well as a large art gallery space at ground level. The whole barn is centrally heated and well insulated. The bedsit is for single occupancy and is on the first floor. It has a double bed, ensuite bathroom and a small kitchen. The studio bedsit is fully furnished and finished to a very high standard. It includes a fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, dining table/chairs, armchair and a loft storage space.

WIFI is connected to superfast broadband (100 mbs) recently installed and there is a smart TV with an aerial installed for terrestrial channels.

This is a serviced apartment which is regularly cleaned and bed linen is changed. The barn bedsit has exclusive use of a washing machine, its own outdoor dining patio with numerous beautiful places to sit in the adjacent orchard.

Next to the barn is a parking area. There is secure storage in the basement for a bike. Also, there is the possibility of a small allotment in the orchard for anyone interested in gardening.

Little Wittenham is a very quiet village very close to Culham (3 miles), Didcot (5 miles), Abingdon (6 miles) and Wallingford (5 miles) it is a local beauty spot with a Nature Reserve and has lovely walks in all directions.
