Sunny Double Sized Room for Single Occupancy

A sunny, clean, double sized, furnished upstairs room with built in wardrobe.

All bills and WiFi are included.

A bathroom and separate toilet are available with the room which will be shared only by the occasional visitor. The sitting room, dining room and kitchen area are shared. There is a separate fridge/freezer for lodger use, along with dedicated kitchen items and storage space. The kitchen area opens onto the garden.

We have a large garden with a lovely patio area that you are welcome to use if you wish. There is also a side area to the patio for cosier evenings.

Lodgers will tidy and clean up after themselves, but general cleaning is included.

We are a quiet professional couple who are sociable, but respectful of personal space. We have a large, friendly dog, who is well supervised, and who will not have access to the room available.

The room is ideally suited to a professional person working regular daytime hours.

We are a short walk away from the beautiful Albert Park which is great for exercising or relaxation.

There is a small supermarket 5min walk away, and we are a 15min walk from the town centre and all the main bus stops. There is also easy access to the A34, Didcot, and Oxford.
