The Solar Suite is a good sized, luxury en-suite room with full sized shower in a fully tiled ensuite, large fitted wardrobe with loads of storage space. It also has a desk matching the rest of the high calibre bedroom furniture. Solar is available 4th November.

The room is in a friendly house share. As landlady I am proud of the tenant landlord relationship over the years. that tsomechose to come back to the house after periods away. Tenants tend to stay a long time at the house. My longest stayer was five and a half years and others are coming up for four years!

Here is a testimonial from a past tenant: "I have enjoyed a comfortable living environment and appreciate your prompt response to any Maintenance request" and "I wish I could stay there for long years. Because it is very good place, especially people and cleanliness" and "it is the same feeling for everyone in the house I am sure".

Communal areas include the kitchen bench with stools, upstairs lounge with 46 inch TV. There is a second cooking station in the double kitchen, plenty of storage and space to mingle with the other inmates. There is off street and street parking at the front.

There is miles of common land and a river to the rear, just open the back gate. If you are quiet you might just spot a few deer which make the occasional appearance.

The rooms are high caliber, so I insist on high caliber tenants. Clean, tidy, prepared to contribute and look after the shared areas as well as their own room. The success of the house lies with the people in it. As landlady I do all that I can to ensure a blend of people who are likely to cooperate with each other and get along well.

The house is in South Abingdon. Great access into Abingdon, Abingdon Business park, excellent road and bus routes to Didcot, Harwell, Culham, Milton Park, into Oxford, the A34, M4, M40.

Please note that I can't have couples.... I am so sorry about this but honestly it is a waste of yours and my time for couples to message me!!

One final thing, which is a shame but is very important. Due to additional risks introduced by the Renters Rights Act most landlords are becoming more careful in their initial assessment and their criteria, including financial. I will need to know that you can pass my affordability assessment and that you are able to provide full references. We will need to have an initial telephone call before arranging viewings.
