Double Room in Aston

Me:
I’m Gavin, 33, and I work for a Formula 1 team. I’ve recently bought a detached house in Aston, near Bampton, near Witney

spare room: double bedroom,

The house:
Shared Bathroom, shower

Shared kitchen, washing machine, tumble dryer, oven, microwave.

On street parking,

Super fast Internet - 600 MB/S

All Bills included


There is a pub super close (red lion, Aston) - takes under 1 minute to walk to.

In terms of arrangements:
Monday Friday is fine
Full week is fine
Short term also fine
Guests - fine
Overnight guests - fine -
Couples - no

Housework: cleaners come every other week, which is £45 split between whoever is living here.

My working hours are 9-6 Monday Friday. So in terms of noise, Friday and Saturday nights may be merry.

Weekdays, I go to bed quite late but I do need to drag myself out of bed around 8am.
