The rooms are (or have been recently) redecorated and have new curtains and furniture—walking distance to the town centre, train station, and easy distance to the Horton Hospital. Rooms have new good double or King size beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and desk. There will be four other housemates, and there will be two bathrooms. A large kitchen/diner, two cooking areas, and a washing machine. To the rear is a garden for use by the residents. These rooms are single occupancy only. References will be required. Some rooms are available now, and others will become available over the coming week or two, and we are doing viewings now. This is a lovely house with good rooms so early viewing is advised.
