We’re a warm, welcoming family with two little ones (aged 1.5 and 3) looking to rent out a bright, comfortable spare room in our spacious 3-bedroom house to a female lodger. Perfect for someone who enjoys a family-oriented home with a relaxed, community feel!

About the Room:
It's a larger than average room located on its own floor for extra privacy. You will find a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves and en-suite shower room for your use solely.

There is a large velux window which allows plenty of natural light to flood into the room.

About the House:
Shared spaces include the large, modern kitchen, the middle room where the toys live and children play, then the front living room with TV which we like to keep as an adult space. The garden is mature with a patio for relaxing.

Location perks:
We are a 5 minute walk to the town centre - the historic market town of Banbury. It's 5 minutes to the park, garage, gym, swimming pool and 15 minutes walk to the train station and hospital.

About Us:
We’re a friendly little family with a very well behaved dog who loves a snuggle. The kids are usually in bed by 8/8.30 PM, so evenings are calm and they sleep through. I'm a professional who works full time. We are also out and about a lot with the dog. We're tidy, respectful, and love a chat over coffee, but we also value everyone’s space. The house has had lodgers for many years now- often nurses at the Horton - so we are very used to it. We’re looking for a lodger who’s comfortable with young children and happy to join our friendly household.
