Description
About the Room & House
• Furnished double room in a friendly shared home 🛏️
• Within easy reach of Banbury town centre
• £600 per month, with all bills and internet included — no hidden extras
• Shared kitchen and bathroom
• Two cats live in the home 🐾, so you'll need to be comfortable with cats (liking them is definitely a bonus! 😊)
Who I'm Looking For
This is a home rather than just a house share, so I'm looking for someone who is friendly, considerate and respectful. I would like whoever moves in to feel comfortable and at home, while also being considerate of the people they live with.
I'm ideally looking for someone who wants a stable place to live rather than a very short-term stay. A non-smoker is preferred.
Please note that a DBS check will be required before moving in.
If you think you might be a good fit, please send me a message telling me a little about yourself and how long you're looking to stay.
