It is ESSENTIAL that you are domestically clean, responsible, careful and hygienic, Ideally not a smoker. Mustn't have a van to park. Bus 25 stops nearby. Presently no lounge for guests. The room doesn't have a TV set or licence for one. Two mainly outdoor cats resident.
