Located on the ground floor and comes fully furnished or part furnished if preferred.

The ground floor has 2 large reception rooms also.

Good sized garden, when the nicer weather arrives I will tidy it all up a bit and possibly install some feature lighting but currently is still nice enough to use with both greenery and stone area for table and chairs.

The garden also includes 2 nice sized storage sheds with locks and am happy for these to be used.

I am a single parent of two lovely, polite and well behaved children who spend the majority of their time with their mother elsewhere (alternating weekends) so the house is quite often quite a quiet place. They are 12+14yrs old and are both very well behaved, not loud and very respectful of people’s privacy.

I work a lot 5-7 days pw and spend most of my evenings out of the house so the house itself is very quiet the majority of the time.
The area of Upper Heyford is great for walks, running and bike rides cross country, has a Sainsbury's very close, along with a bar, restaurant, pharmacy, salon, fitness studio and wellness centre and is lovely and quiet in the evenings.
