The bathroom, which includes bath & shower is directly opposite the room across the spacious landing. The house has two separate reception rooms, downstairs cloakroom and large kitchen.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, lamp, chest of drawers x 2 and a comfy easy chair. Happy to do unfurnished or part/fully furnished if preferred.

All bills, Council Tax and WiFi included.

This is a 4 bedroom house, and you will be sharing with me and my 16 year old son. We are a happy, creative and tidy household.

There are also good sized front and back gardens here, which I keep tidy and are a nice space to relax. I have two cats and a few chickens in a sectioned off part of the garden; I get fresh eggs from my chickens every day!

Parking spaces are right outside the property, which faces a pretty central green. Upper Heyford is a friendly and sociable village, which seems to appeal to dog walkers and joggers. :)

This house is situated only a 5 minute walk from a local Sainsbury's, Bicycle Cafe, Baton restaurant, 455 cocktail bar & bowling alley, Heyford Hotel, dentist surgery, pharmacy and the bus stops for public transport into Bicester and Oxford.

We also have a public gym here, which is within the Heyford School Leisure Centre - also a 5 minute walk from my home.

The Heyford Green has various events through the spring and summer months with live music, street food stalls and other activities, which is a really nice added bonus of living in Upper Heyford.
