Large double room in village setting

Hi all! I have a large double room available with ensuite, located in Upper Heyford, Bicester. The property is a new build in a friendly village setting.

The room is large with a double bed with drawers, a large wardrobe space and chest of drawers as well as a desk/chair.

The shared areas include the kitchen, downstairs toilet, garden. There is also a large shared living room that we rarely use. The bathroom will be shared with one other. Plenty free parking is available too.

The property is located walking distance from a Sainsbury's local. The nearest shopping centre is a 10 minute drive (Bicester) and it is about a 25 minute drive into Oxford. There is also a train station in the next village down, lower Heyford, that runs to Oxford/Banbury/Didcot.

The village also has a barbers, dentist, pharmacy, pilates studio, Gym, as well as two pubs and a restaurant. Local canal/countryside walks too.

We are quiet, easy going individuals and normally work away with relative long hours during the week.

We're looking for a respectable lodger who is clean & tidy, who don't smoke, are easy to get along with.
