Large double room in village setting

Hi all! I have 2 double rooms available, located in Upper Heyford, Bicester. The property is a new build in a friendly village setting.

The rooms are large with a double beds with drawers, a large wardrobe and chest of drawers as well as a desk/chair.

The shared areas include the kitchen, downstairs toilet, sitting room & garden. The bathroom will be shared with one other lodger (We have an ensuite to ourselves). I can also consider letting one room out as an ensuite with rent adjustment. Cleaning of these areas are shared between everyone. Free parking is available too.

The property is located walking distance from a Sainsbury's local. The nearest shopping centre is a 10 minute drive (Bicester) and it is about a 25 minute drive into Oxford. There is also a train station in the next village down, lower Heyford, that runs to Oxford/Banbury/Didcot.

The village also has a barbers, dentist, pharmacy, pilates studio, Gym, as well as two pubs and a restaurant. Local canal/countryside walks too.

We are quiet, easy going individuals and normally work away with relative long hours during the week.

We're looking for respectable lodgers that are clean & tidy, who don't smoke, are easy to get along with.
