The house is in a quiet, well maintained, residential cul-de-sac with no through traffic, with parking for two cars on the drive and along the road to the side of the property.

It’s just a five minute walk to 2 local convenience stores, one being a Tesco Express, and also a local pub. The nearby bus stops have frequent links to the town centre and beyond. It is a ten minute drive to Bicester town centre and about five minutes to Bicester Village and a Tesco Supermarket.
