Stylish double en suite in eco town

Double en suite room available to a lodger, in the eco development Elmsbrook in Bicester.

The double room has:
- en suite bathroom
- double sliding wardrobes
- drawer unit
- bedside table
- double bed
- optional small pop up desk

The house itself has three bedrooms. There is extra storage space available if needed.

I am a professional working in finance and I work in the London office two days a week and remainder I work from home.

The room is just about big enough for a small desk but it would suit a person who doesn’t work from home too much.

It’s a calm and peaceful house set in an eco community, with friendly neighbours. I have a small cat (bengal) who is 11 months, so being ok around cats is essential.

Access to Peloton bike which can be used free of charge.

Happy to have a video viewing and in-person viewings.

Quick train links to London and Oxford. Ideal for a commuter. Bicester village is about 5 min drive. There are also buses from the development which run every 30 mins into town.
