I have a lovely, clean modern bedroom with its own good sized bathroom, both are in a well maintained and clean condition -only used by one person for 6 weeks.

There is one other professional female living here, myself and I keep the apartment clean and well maintained.

£775 per month.
£600 deposit

I’m looking to find a respectful lodger who will appreciate this modern apartment. Ideally the person moving in wants a place to stay and call home for at least 4 months or longer.

COSTS Based on a single person/ lodger staying;-

£ 155 MON- FRI or SUN- THUR
£ 775 FOR 4 WEEKS & MONTHLY

£600 DEPOSIT - MONTHLY /4 WEEKS AT A TIME RENTAL

Situated in a safe quiet area, there are plenty of countryside trails around this eco -designed development.

North Bicester train station 25 minute walk.
Bicester Village train station-15 minute walk
Bicester village shopping - 25 minute walk
Bicester Town - 20 minutes walk.
Post box and wine bar 1 minute walk.
5 minutes from Graven Hill roundabout.

Easy access to A41 and M40. ( J9 )

The bus stop is a 2 minutes walk away where you can catch a 29, 25a towards Heyford or Bullingdon prison or the 25 bus towards Headington, Oxford.

There isn't allocated parking attached to this flat, however there is a underground car-park and you can park further up on Westacott Road.

There is plenty of secure cycle racks outside the apartment building and within the underground parking area.

Broad band/ internet will be set up mid October.

The room is really suitable for a single person as it is a small double, although I will consider a couple, however the monthly cost will be £990.
