Double room in modern house on Heyford Park

Hi. I have two double rooms available located in a quiet road in Heyford Park, Bicester in a friendly village setting.

Double bedroom one has a large double bed and a built in wardrobe with plenty of hanging and shelf space. This has its own en-suite.

Double bedroom two has a double bed and a hanging rail with shelf and drawer space. This has sole use of the family bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle.

The shared areas include the kitchen/diner, (all kitchen equipment, crockery and cutlery can be shared and there is a washing machine and dishwasher)), lounge, downstairs toilet and garden. The drive can also be shared but flexibility on car rotation would be needed, Secure garage space can also be offered for bikes etc. Cleaning of these areas are shared between everyone. There is also on street free parking available too.

The property is located walking distance from a Sainsbury's local. The nearest shopping centre is a 10 minute drive (Bicester) and it is about a 25 minute drive into Oxford. There is also a train station in the next village down, Lower Heyford, that runs to Oxford/Banbury/Didcot. Bicester North and Bicester Village stations are 15 minutes away for London and Birmingham). Junction 10 of the M40 is 10 minutes away.

The village also has a hairdressers, dentist, pharmacy, pilates studio, Gym, as well as two pubs and a restaurant. Local canal/countryside walks too.

I am a quiet, fit, healthy, easy going individual sometimes in and sometimes away for periods. I have a placid and friendly Cocker Spaniel so you must be pet friendly.

I'm looking for respectable, professional lodgers that are clean & tidy, who don't smoke, are easy to get along with, and preferably do not work from home full time.
