Double Room in Beautiful Georgian Home – All Bills Included. 1 month deposit to hold the room. This is fully refundable at the end of the tenancy, provided no damage has been done in the room or house, and the contract has not been breached. No agent's fee.

We are a friendly family of three (live-in landlords, parents and daughter) looking for a single professional lodger to join our peaceful, well-maintained Georgian-style home.

We ask that you clean the kitchen after use and respect our house rules: no smoking, no alcohol, no visitors, no access to living room, garage, sheds at the back of the house and no shoes indoors.
