Large Double Room + Own Bathroom + Own Floor

Hey all,

I have a large double bedroom in a new build property. The house is located in Heyford Park, Upper Heyford, Bicester.

The house is located in Heyford Park, Upper Heyford, Bicester (a 10 minute drive from Bicester). It is the perfect mix of friendly village setting, but modern and lots going on.

Bedroom: The room is a large double bedroom with a large double bed, desk, chair and large wardrobe space. The double bed has large drawers underneath for you to use. There is also an ottoman at the foot of the bed for storage. Please note that the TV and PlayStation are not included. The bedroom is situated on its own floor (1st Floor). However, please note I will be back minimum 2 out of 4 weekends (minimum of approx 4 days a month) and will be staying in my room on the same floor as this room).

Bathroom: You will also have access to your own bathroom (apart from the 4 days a month I will be there). See photos below

Shared Space: The shared areas include the kitchen, downstairs toilet, sitting room and garden. Cleaning of these areas will be shared between everyone. You will also have access to all streaming services and TV (I am a sucker and pay for them all ahah - Apple TV, Now TV - Sky Movies, Sky Sports, Disney Plus, Netflix)

Parking: You will have a parking space out front of the house. However, there is lots of additional on street parking free around the property. Also there is an electric charging point on the property

Location: The property is located within 5 minute walk of the local Sainsbury's, Pub and Restaurant (The Baton). Heyford Park also has a hairdresser, dentist and pharmacy. All within 5 minute walk of the property. Please note that the closet town is Bicester and is a 10 minute drive away or you can get the bus.

Transport:
Drive: Bicester is the closest town and is approximately a 10 minute drive away. Oxford is also close by being a 25 minute drive away.

Train: There is a local train station in the next village down (Lower Heyford) that runs to Oxford/Banbury/Didcot. Or if you head into Bicester, there is Bicester Village and Bicester North train stations that run to London/Oxford/Birmingham frequently.

Bus: There is a bus that goes regularly into Bicester, this stops outside of the local Sainsbury's and drops you at Bicester town centre or Bicester Village train station. On certain services the bus also runs to the John Radcliffe Hospital, Islip and Oxford.

The current housemates who you will be sharing with are:

- a female, who works in hospitality and doesn’t work from home.

- Myself (a 35 year old gay man) - Due to caring responsibilities and working in London I spend a most of the week a way from the house. But will be there approx 4 times a month. It is my main home.

We are both outgoing, respectable, clean and kind (but also like our own space)

We are looking for a respectable professional lodger that is clean and tidy, who doesn't smoke and is easy to get along with.
