The house is in Binfield Heath, 3 miles outside Henley on Thames with 4 buses per day to both Henley or Reading and a train station 10 mins away by car in Shiplake. There is a village shop with PO and a local pub.

The house is in the centre of the village and has plenty of offroad parking. Any applicant must be employed and out at work during the day.
