Both rooms are furnished with a bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. The house has fast Wi-Fi, a spacious open-plan kitchen, a comfortable shared lounge, a shared bathroom with a bath and shower, a separate downstairs toilet and a utility area for laundry.

Outside, there is a large rear garden with a stream and pond, plus an outbuilding that is ideal for relaxing during the summer. Parking is available on the driveway and on the road outside.

The home is currently shared with four working professionals and offers plenty of space to cook, relax and feel at home.

Bloxham is approximately a 12-minute drive from Banbury railway station. Banbury offers direct rail connections to London, Oxford and Birmingham, and the property is conveniently placed for Morrisons, Tesco, Waitrose, Sainsbury’s and Aldi.

The rooms are suitable for working professionals. Couples, students, pets and smoking are not accepted.
