The cottage is in the grounds of a private house. It is quiet, very secure & the gates to the drive are closed a night.

Charges: Water charges are included in the rent. Other bills (Council Tax, gas, electricity, TV licence, telephone, WiFi) are payable by the tenant. Council Tax is approximately £90 pcm for single occupancy. Buildings insurance is included, the tenant would need to arrange contents insurance for their own belongings.
