The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, kettle etc. The living room has a sofa-bed, flat screen TV, table & chairs & a coffee table. The bedroom has a double bed, a triple wardrobe & bedside table. There is a shared garden and patio. A combination boiler provides hot water and central heating on demand.
The cottage is in the grounds of a private house. It is quiet, very secure & the gates to the drive are closed a night.

Water charges are included in the rent. Other bills (Council Tax, gas, electricity, TV licence, telephone, WiFi) are payable by the tenant.
Buildings insurance is included, the tenant would need to arrange contents insurance for their own belongings.
