PETS
- 2 house cats in property so you MUST be pet friendly and respectful of this, they are affectionate and loving cats
- their safety and wellbeing is my number 1 priority
- due to already having 2 cats within the property no additional pets will be accepted, sorry

SMOKING
- no smoking inside the property
- no illegal substances inside the property

COUPLES
- strictly no couples, sorry

The household currently is very relaxed and calm, I have had my cats 10 years so we are used to a very mellow household and we keep to ourselves but happy to socialise also, looking for someone who is also relaxed at home, respectful of the household, clean, tidy and respects shift work too (for example - there may be times I am asleep during the day) - it will just be me and you sharing the flat alongside the cats so it’s more homely and nicer feel compared to a large house share/multiple occupancy property
