I have a double room to rent from the 11th June in a Victorian terrace house 0.5 miles away from the train station, on a quiet street opposite Waitrose, near various shops and the fab Punter pub.
The house backs on to the river which is lovely in the summer for BBQs. I also have a kayak you can use.
I'm a professional working 9-5 in town/part home working for the University. I'm easy going and friendly and I'm looking for a reliable, clean housemate to move in. I also have a cat called Lulah. Short term lets considered.
