I am a Healthcare Professional working in the NHS.

Botley is located near to Oxford City Centre and easy access to Railway Station. The house is located on the A34 Southern Bypass, it's very close local amenities (West Way Square). On Oxford City Centre bus routes (4A & 400 but note that Botley Road still has road works by the railway station) and very easy access to ring road.

I will have a single room and a double bedroom to rent from 1st September 2024 in a shared household with professionals.
Double room is available for 2 individuals to share or for a couple. Separate single room available for a single occupancy.

Double Bedroom: Furnishings include double bed or Bunk Beds. Built-in wardrobe with plenty of luggage storage, Small desks and Stool.

Single Room: Furnished with Single Bed, Wardrobe and a chair.

The other tenant couple are professionals. We are a sociable as well as maintain each other privacy and respect quite time.

Rent includes ALL bills including cleaning services, gardening, superfast wifi.

Deposit protected with DPS, Accredited Landlord, No Tenancy Fees but lost keys must be replaced at cost, normal late payment charges apply.
