Our lovely home has been recently renovated and is now available to rent to 4 friendly young professionals and graduate students.

The house is a 10 minute walk to Oxford Rail station and has local supermarkets within a 5 minute walk (Aldi and Waitrose). Other local ammenities include restaurants and takeaways in both Central Oxford and in the West Way Square.

Oxford University is a short 10 minute cycle or a 20 minute walk to most departments. Many bus routes are available from both outside the house on Botley Road and from the rail station.

The kitchen is fitted with all amenities you might require, including a microwave, airfryer and pans already in place. The property is also fitted with smart heating and high speed internet, with a weekly cleaner for shared spaces.


These rooms are ideal for international professionals and/or students first landing in Oxford, as we aim to provide everything that you require.

Each en-suite room (with bidet) is already fitted to a high specification with brand new furniture including a desk, double bed, armchair, lamps, TV and wardrobe.

Importantly, all bills are included within the rental price incl Council Tax. Rooms are all single occupancy due to licensing restrictions. Broadband is super fast Fibre and communal areas are professionally cleaned by a cleaner once per week.
