The house is very warm and clean with a fantastic large and functional kitchen with all cooking pans, plates, mugs and etc. we have fridge and freezer, plenty of storage, wash machine and Dryer. We have an off street parking space and we also can park on street if necessary. Our internet is the great 100mb fibre-optic broadband.(no problem to download anything)

The rent includes: The room, gas, electricity, water, council tax, TV, license and cleaner. So you will not have any extra expenses other than your rent.

The area is very safe and is only 1,7 miles to the train station with frequent bus service all day.
