This room is ideal for a professional -or mature student- looking for a nice and peaceful home to come back to in the evening.

Please note: this is a MONDAY- FRIDAY let only.

The room has far reaching views as the house is located half way up a hill, in this nice and quiet part of Oxford (Botley, west of the city).
Bathroom shared;
toilet separate from bathroom.
All bills, fast Broadband, use of kitchen, washing machine and garden included.
Free parking in the street easily available.
Bikes can be kept under shelter.


2 parks and lovely country walks nearby.
4A bus stop only 200 yards away.
New Botley shopping centre only 5 minutes walk away. Aldi 5 mins cycling away.

Although I am a ‘live in’ landlord, I am often away, particularly during spring and summer.

Tenants drawn to the house tend to be independent, open minded people, who enjoy their own company, are respectful of other people’s spaces and appreciate the easy going, ‘home’ feel of the place.

If this peaceful environment is what you are after, I’ll be very happy to show you around.

The room will be available from 25th April.

NB:

- You are welcome to leave your belongings in the room at the weekend.

- If you need to stay the odd weekend in Oxford (eg. one weekend a month), this may be possible.

- I am also letting my SUNNY AND COSY SINGLE ROOM on a MON-FRI basis.

This room is £460 per month - minimum stay 4 months.
Deposit £300.
