This room is ideal for a professional -or mature student- looking for a peaceful home to come back to in the evening.

Please note: this is a MONDAY- FRIDAY let only.

The room has far reaching views as the house is located half way up a hill, in this nice and quiet part of Oxford (Botley, west of the city).
All bills, fast Broadband, use of kitchen, washing machine and garden are included.
The bathroom is shared, and the toilet separate from the bathroom.
Free parking in the street easily available.
Bikes can be kept under shelter.


2 parks and lovely country walks nearby.
4A bus stop only 200 yards away.
New Botley shopping centre only 5 minutes walk away. Aldi 5 mins cycling away.

Although I am a ‘live in’ landlord, I am often away, particularly during spring and summer.

Tenants drawn to the house tend to be independent, open minded people, who are respectful of other people’s spaces and appreciate the ‘home’ feel of the place.

The room is available now.

NB:

- You are welcome to leave your belongings in the room at the weekend.

- If you need to stay the odd weekend in Oxford (eg. one weekend a month), this might be possible.
