Double room in a beautiful house Carterton/Brize

Hi! I am looking for a lodger to join us! I have two double bedrooms in a lovely 4 bedroom house. You’d benefit from a family bathroom with a bath/shower and shower cabin shared between two people, huge kitchen that has both plenty of storage and space for cooking and loads of kitchenware, living room, garden, garage for storage. Amenities are close by - nearest Coop 5min walk away, there’s a hairdresser’s, takeaway etc about 10min walk away and loads more in Carterton itself. GP, pharmacy, gym about 15min walk away. Bus stop is close by and can take you into Witney, Oxford and now even to London. Lots of greenery/parks around to enjoy. House is in a quiet part of the estate very close to the meadow.

It is a household of two - myself and a lovely lodger I have. We are quiet and respectful, keep ourselves to ourselves but love a chat every now and then and I make what I call “family dinners” to get us to know each other. I love cooking and am notorious for cooking way too much so I usually offer food to my lodgers to help themselves to. Plus, you’d benefit from a super friendly pooch that loves cuddles and attention!

The bed in the smaller room can be changed to single (by preference the guy that stays there now brought in a double.

The bigger room has beautiful bedside tables too that by preference were taken out of the room.

Smaller room is £750 and a bigger room is £800 pcm. All bills included. One month’s deposit. Minimum rent time - 6months. It will be 3 of us. I am only looking for one lodger 😊
