Small double room in modern clean tidy house

Furnished double room to rent Monday to Friday. Clean modern house. The room is in the top floor of a 3 story house. With the use of my daughter room as a private lounge. It has a sofa and TV (my children don’t stay during the week)

Shared clean modern bathroom on the middle floor. And I spend 1-2 nights a week at my girlfriend’s. So the whole house is yours.

I am a sociable guy keen on the gym cars and a bit of DIY. I am proud on my home so cleanliness is quite important to me.

I can be flexible around pets and smokers ( no smoking in the house) I smoke from time to time but never in the house.
