Minimum contract length of 12 months. You are welcome to leave early if you find a replacement.

The rent doesn't include council tax or bills. I would estimate around £10 per week for your gas, electricity and water.

This house comes fully furnished with a living room complete with comfy sofas and separate kitchen, equipped with cooker, microwave, washing machine and fridge freezer. This a shower rooms along with a separate toilet.

There is a small garden to the rear of the property - perfect for BBQ's and sunning yourselves in the coming summer months - and ample on-street parking.

The rooms are not available to couples unless you want to take 2 rooms.

I would require the first month's rent, a deposit of 5 weeks rent along with a UK home owning guarantor. I am required to have a UK home owning guarantor, so if you don't have one I won't be able to let the room to you, sorry.
