Long term contract

The rent doesn't include council tax or bills. I would estimate around £10 per week for your gas, electricity and water.

This house comes fully furnished with a living room complete with comfy sofas and separate kitchen, equipped with cooker, microwave, washing machine and fridge freezer. This a shower rooms along with a separate toilet.
